Thanks to the internet you can now take guitar lessons online or purchase an ebook which teaches guitar. Online courses offer a very interesting way to learn guitar. The better online courses include online videos, written instruction, sound files, etc. This method is also very convenient as you take the lessons in the privacy of your own home at your own time. Another advantage of an online course is the price – it’s really cheap especially compared to private lessons.

Although not as complete as the other options Ebooks also offer a convenient way to begin guitar lessons. If you enjoy reading, learning and applying what you learn then an ebook or regular book on guitar lessons may be a good place for you to start. You can learn a lot through a book or ebook as long as you apply yourself.
